Needs to get rid of sound

I really enjoy this game. Its a great way to pass time while waiting in line or things like that. However, the developer really needs to make it so that the app doesnt take over audio even when Ive muted music and sounds. I like listening to podcasts while playing games like this but this game makes that impossible.
